Now, analysis by 360info shows that for many Australians the fire season is growing and, in some cases, moving into spring.

Days of high fire danger, defined as the worst 10 percent of days, were more frequent in many places in the late 1990s, 2000s and 2010s than they were in the 1970s, ’80s and early ’90s.
